This site is a tribute to Maureen. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

Maureen was diagnosed nearly 9 years ago with a rare dementia, Frontal Temporal Dementia.

Over the years her condition gradually deteriorated but her love of life and her happy and loving personality always shone through. 

Cared for by her devoted, darling husband Colin, she led an active and busy life.  Mother to Darren and Lorraine, Grandmother to Annie and Daisy, she was loved by us all and will be sadly missed.

Sadly dementia robbed us of this beautiful lady, but her memory will live on in her family and friends.

Admiral nurses from DementiaUK provided much needed support, advice and strength for the family in her last few months.  All donations raised will help more families get support from these fantastic nurses.
